Joint Venture Partnership - New practice

The Neem Tree will help select the best property, in the location of your choice to build a brand new purpose-designed practice. The practice will be fitted out and equipped to meet your specific requirements ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission requirements. With the support of The Neem Tree you will then select and recruit your own staff ready for the launch day.

Joint Venture Partnership – Existing practice
You may have the opportunity to invest in a practice that you have worked hard in for many years and have helped make successful and profitable with a great reputation in the local community.  However, you may not be in a position to raise the capital necessary to secure ownership. The Neem Tree can help secure the funds for you through our joint Venture Partnership business model.

Whichever option interests you, we can help you achieve your future practice ownership goals.

Choosing Your Location
All of our practice locations are carefully selected by our Business Development Team. They have worked-out the key commercial criteria for a successful practice and use sophisticated demographic data analysis to identify areas where successful practices may be located.

Once appropriate locations have been identified, they will commence a detailed study of the area looking for suitable properties and complete a full competitor analysis which is made available to you, our prospective partners, to help you choose the location that best suits your professional and personal needs.

Typically The Neem Tree properties will have:
• A ground-floor area of 1,000-1,500 square feet;
• On-site parking for 3-4 cars;
• Main Arterial road access;
• 15 year lease term (subject to 5-year review)

At any one time we will have a pipeline of available locations and properties. However if you would like to open a practice in another location, just let us know and we will make it happen.

Clinical Freedom

The Neem Tree negotiate with drug companies and equipment suppliers as well as stationers, uniform suppliers and utility companies to deliver the best terms possible for its Partners. However, on any clinical matter, patient welfare and well-being will always come first. If you do not believe the preferred supplier drugs and treatments are not right for the practice or a specific case, you will have the freedom and the right to make your own decisions on what to purchase and use.

Building your team
As a Neem Tree Partner you will be responsible for the selection and recruitment of your own staff, with support when required from the support team.

It is important that you know and trust your entire team and being fully involved in the recruitment of  your staff is a vital element of "being the boss".

The Neem Tree support staff are always available to help in the recruitment process, be that help with identifying key questions that should be asked or being involved in candidate interviews, the Neem Tree support team are always happy and willing to help and support you.

Your Investment

The Neem Tree expects all Partners to personally invest in their own practice up to a maximum of value of  £30,000. This value can be shared with another dentist you may wish to join you in your new practice.

The typical new practice start-up costs of £200,000 will be funded through an a bank loan, together with lease arrangements, which The Neem Tree will arrange for you on your behalf. The business bank loans are to pay for the fit-out and equipment purchases for the business, as well as the immediate operational cash required to keep the business going when it starts.

Our support

When you become a Neem Tree Partner we let you concentrate on what you've trained for. Our expert support teams help with the areas that you haven't. So while you're taking care of patients and managing the day to day running of your practice, we're helping you manage the business side of things. This includes areas such as accountancy, IT, supplier selection etc.

Our role is simply to provide you with the means to be successful. So in return for a management fee you'll get access to the full range of professional support services that we provide, and you will have the freedom to balance the needs of your business with your life outside of work.
